
RESHIPMENT POLICY
The reshipment policy implemented by Viking Pharmaceutikals is designed to provide a hassle-free experience for customers, but it does come with certain stipulations that must be adhered to. If the customer fails to meet the specified order fulfillment conditions, then the reshipment policy will not apply and the company reserves the right to deny a free reshipment of the package as well as any refund of the funds.
This is an important caveat that customers need to be aware of, as the reshipment policy is not a blank check that can be used regardless of the circumstances. The conditions for the reshipment policy are put in place to ensure fairness and to protect the company from abuse of the system.
For example, if a customer reports a package as undelivered but it is later discovered that they provided an incorrect address, then the reshipment policy would not apply since the customer did not uphold their end of the order fulfillment process. Similarly, if a customer claims a package is missing but security footage shows it was delivered and left at the door, again the reshipment policy would not come into play as the customer failed to meet the requirements.
While the reshipment policy is generally beneficial for customers, it is crucial that they carefully review and adhere to all the listed conditions in order to be eligible for a free reshipment or refund. Failure to do so will result in the Viking Pharmaceutikals exercising its right to deny the reshipment and keep the original payment, as the policy is not intended to be used as a loophole by customers who do not hold up their end of the bargain.
